The ‘Muslim Education Quarterly’ is a review of Muslim education in the modern world both in Muslim majority and Muslim minority countries. It is intended as a means of communication for scholars dedicated to the task of making education Islamic in character by substituting Islamic concepts for secularists concepts of knowledge at present prevalent in all branches of knowledge, by getting curricula and textbooks revised or rewritten accordingly and by proposing concrete strategies for revising teacher education including teaching methodology. It is also expected to act as an open forum for exchange of ideas between such thinkers and others including non-Muslims who might hold contrary views.
