The most famous oculist of the Arabs, of the medieval Arabic works on opthamology. Isa's Tazkirat al Kahhalin that had survived in its original form was one of the best. It described one hundreds and thirty eye diseases. It was translated into Hebrew and Latin and is still of great importance. It is one of the oldest work on opthamology in Arabic and only the two treatises by Ibn Masawayah and ibn Ishaq antedate it.
