Nosheen Dad is the President of the University of Huddersfield Students Union for 2014.  She was previously Vice President Wellbeing & Equalities and is a graduate in Politics with Media.  She notes: “My role as President is to make sure the Union is effectively engaged with students, and that we constantly listen and act to make student lifebetter. I’ll also be taking the lead on projects like our upcoming relocation to the new Learning and Leisure Centre, how we support students through our STARS programme, and working with the local community on student issues. If I could be any one person I would be a mixture of Benazir Bhutto, Margaret Thatcher (not her politics), J-Lo and My mother – all very strong, inspirational women in their own right.”
