After the Turk revolution in 1908, Ekram held several important government posts.
Ekram was greatly influenced by Namiq Kamal, the famous Turkish poet. He authored Talim I Abdiyat and Tafakkur and translated some French works into Turkish. He was one of the most outstanding figures in the 19th century Turkish literature. |
