|Biographical detail : ||The Iranian reformer who studied Engineering in Paris.
He collaborated with Mosadaq after the Second World War and headed a Committee that supervised the nationalisation of Iranian Oil and also played an active role when Ayatullah Khomeini toppled the Shah.
Bazargan was the first prime minister of the Islamic Republic of Iran. He went into apposition since 1980.
