Commencing his career in journalism Muhammad Muslim also became active in the Khaksar Tehrik (movement), founded by Allama Mashriqi in British India. He was also associated with Jamait Ulema-e-Hind
He became editor of Urdu newspapers – ‘Nadeem’ in 1947 and ‘Daawat’ in 1953.
As a man of principle and integrity he was imprisoned several times, for his causes and creed, before and after India’s independence, but he kept on struggling against oppression and injustices.
A simple man, Muhammad Muslim, was born in Bhopal (India).
