Dr Tasir went to England for his PhD at Cambridge. He was the Editor of Nayrang-e-Khayal and was one of the founders of Anjuman Taraqi Pasand Musanafin (1936). He used to write Urdu poetry in free verse and was the author of Aatish Kada. |
