Biographical detail :	One of the founders and a prominent leader of Afghanistan’s Taliban movement. Rabbani fought against Soviet’s invasion of Afghanistan in 1979. Rabbani believed in the establishment of Islamic system of governance. Rabbani died in Rawalpindi and buried in Kandahar where he was born.
