Islamic Relief's 'Ramadan Food Packet' Programme
Food For 400,000 People This Ramadhan
This year the UK-based international charity Islamic Relief aims to over 84,000 food packets to 400,000 people in 20 different countries. The contents vary from reigion to region, but the basic itmes are rice, sugar, oil, pulses, canned meat, tea, soup, and wheat flour. The charity's web site accepts credit card donations.
