"In Love with The Beloved" (peace be upon Him)

The first and biggest ever Charity Nasheed Extravaganza taking place at the Royal Concert Hall in Nottingham, on Saturday the 14th of February (2004) from 1pm to 7 pm. Money raised will go to 'Muslim Child Helpline' in Nottingham and 'Muslim Charity' in Nottinghamshire to build a maternity hospital in Jhaang, Punjaab, Pakistan.

Programme includes:
International singers singing Nasheeds in Urdu, English and Arabic ;Islamic talks ;Historical slide show of Makkah and Medina ;Food stalls ;Book stalls ;Hijaab stalls and much, much more
Guest Singers include: ;Sami Yusuf from the U.K. renowned singer of the Best Nasheed Album of 2003, his famous Nasheeds are:'Allahu Allahu Allahu' ;'Ya mustafa, ya mustafa' ;'Al-Muallim'
Najam Sheraz the famous singer from Pakistan arriving especially for this event, singer of: 'Yeh mamala koi aur hai' ;'Batakte huwe raaste'
Aashiq Al-Rasool, popular Nasheed group based in the U.K. singers of: 'Yah Rahmaanu, Ya Allah' (Sifaat of Allah) ;Mecca to Medina ;Islamic Rap group
Special Guests include: Sheikh Muhsin Al-Najar ;Sheikh Ba Bakr Sudani ;Sheikh Sa'ad Peters

Tickets are £10, £15, and £20 depending on seats. Crèche available on request.
