Abu Khaldun Sati Al Husri
An Arab nationalist and advocate of pan-Arabism.
Hussi was born in Yemen to Syrian parents, and educated in Istanbul. After the demise of the Ottoman empire in 1918, he joined Faisal ibn Husayn's regime, as minister of education and promoted Arab nationalism.
Hussi was a great admirer of ibn Khaldun. He named his son Khaldun and thus himself became Abu Khaldun.
