Abdul Bari

Indian Labour leader; joined Khilafat movement.
Bari was deputy speaker of Bihar Assembly (1937), president of about 50 Labour Unions and the founder of Tata Workers Union (1936).
Bari while returning back to Patna with incriminating documents, which could prove the culprits of Bihar's Hindu-Muslim riots, he was shot dead in tragic circumstances.
