The author of the Sharah Haiakal, Akhlaq Jalali among others.
Akhlaq Jalali was a translation of an Arabic book called Kitab Ul Taharat written in 10th century. After about 200 years it was translated into Persian by Abu Nasr and named Akhlaq Nasiri. Al Hawani improved on this version and named it Akhlaq Jalali, which was considered as one of the most esteemed ethical work in the Middle east.
M F Thomson translated it in English in 1839.
