Mustafa Al Siba'i

Birth:1915

Death:1964

The Syrian political leader and founder of Akhwanil-Mulimun in Syria. He studied at Al Azhar and was close to Hasan al Banna. Mustafa was arrested by the then British government on charge of subversion in 1934 and 1940 and finally deported to Palestine. Mustafa's book Ishtirakyat al-Islam is highly regarded in Islamic circle. He was editor of Al-manar, Al-Muslimin and Hadarat al-Islam.
