The famous Mirjumla who was a trusted general of Aurangzeb. Mir Jumla conquered many parts of South India for Aurangzeb. He was first the Prime Minister of Abdullah Qutb Shah of Golkanda but because of his son's dispute with Qutb Shah, he threw himself in the protection of Shah Jahan in 1656. Mir Jumla who held the rank of 7,000 died in Cooch Behar while returning back from the expedition against the kingdom of Assam in 1663.
